Today, we're gonna be utilizing the OEM puck system on our 2022 Ram 2500. And this right here is the Curt Gooseneck and safety chain kit for that OEM puck system. Utilizing the OEM puck system on your Ram is gonna make this just super quick and easy, so all we have to do is just lift up this little tab here, and we can have our bed back in a matter of seconds. So this is really, really quick, really easy, and this one does have a pretty big capacity compared to the other Curt that you may be looking at. This one has a capacity of 3,800 pounds, and then the other difference between the two Curts is this one is gonna give us about an inch and five eighths of rise. The rise is gonna be very useful if you're already maxing out the coupler on your trailer and you still need to get it a little bit more level, but also, just to make sure that it's gonna clear our tailgate. more

Hello, neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look and installing the CURT gooseneck under-bed kit on a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500. Now, this is what your gooseneck under-bed is going to look like installed. And really, all the hardware is supplied and it just uses this series of brackets to kinda clamp around the frame. You will have to fish wire two of the bolts, and the only drilling required is going to be making the actual hole where your receiver's gonna be, and then also the holes for the safety loops. more

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a look at this Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit for the GM Underbed Gooseneck Hitch. Now, this 2 5/16 inch hitch ball is designed to fit your GM installed underbed gooseneck trailer hitch, and this pop-in ball fits in easily and securely in your hitch as it locks with a built-in ball bearing system. And it is easy to remove, you simply lift and turn the integrated lever to unlock and remove the ball, and when you lift this lever, it's going to release the tension on the ball bearings, and so, those will be able to go in and you can easily remove this. And the overall length of this ball is going to be about 6 1/2 inches tall, and the gross towing weight is 30,000 pounds, but please remember that the capacity is limited to that of your hitch. This kit also includes two safety chain loops and you will just attach them directly to the receivers built in to the underbed rails for simple mounting and removal. And you will also receive this rubber cover that's going to keep the ball hole free from dirt and debris when your ball is removed. more

And this is what our gooseneck kit looks like when it's installed. We've got our 2 5/16 ball at the center with nice chrome plating and chrome ring around it, so it looks good in our setup. And we've got our safety cable attachments located on each side. This gooseneck kit is rated for 7,500 pounds of tongue weight, which is the force going down on top of our ball, and 30,000 pounds gross towing, which is how much that it can pull behind it. more

Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Ford F-250, we're gonna be showing you how to install the B&W Gooseneck Ball Kit for trucks at the OEM prep package. Before we do that though, why don't we check it out and make sure that this is gonna be the right kit for you. So Ford really did knock it out of the park when they started putting these OEM prep packages in the trucks, just make sense. You know, a lot of people do some pretty heavy duty towing with these and, you know, Ford recognize that and really made it easy on us to be able to put a hitch back here. With that said, though, it is an option. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch here on our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3,500. So this is what our gooseneck hitch looks like installed. Looking at it from the top of the truck bed, and as you can see here it has a very minimalist design. There's a lot of gooseneck hitches that considerably stick up from the truck bed there. Therefore you're always gonna be catching them when you're trying to slide things into your truck bed. Most of everything here is gonna be relatively flushed to the bed for the exception of the U bolts here, they do stick up a little bit, but aside from that, we're gonna be able to use our truck bed as we would normally without having to worry about catching on anything from the gooseneck hitch. more

Presenter Hi there, Chevy owners. Today, on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install B&W's Turnoverball gooseneck ball kit. And this is what our gooseneck ball looks like when it's installed. We've currently got it in the attachment position where you're ready to hook up to your gooseneck. But you can pull the handle to release your ball here, and you can pull this out and flip it over when you're not gonna haul your trailer to restore full truck bed access here. So you can see with our ball out of the way, this is pretty flush with the bottom of our bed, and our safety chain attachments as well are also pretty flush on the bottom. more

Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the BMW turnover ball gooseneck trailer hitch here on our 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2,500. So the BMW turnover ball is a gooseneck trailer hitch. It has a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball, which is gonna be accommodating for most few spec trailers. However, a lot of people actually use this under-bed installation kit to tow a fifth wheel. You're able to do this by using one of the BMWs companion fifth wheel trailer hitches that simply installs into this center square post here. It's available in both a fixed and sliding version. more

Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look and installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch on a 2022 Ram 3500. When it comes to fifth wheels, a lot of times people think that you're gonna have a lot of stuff in your bed that's gonna take away from the usability of a bed when you have that hitch in place. Well, that's not the case here because this is very flat. As you can see, the safety chain loops are even pretty low profile. more

Today, we're gonna take a look at this Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch with the installation kit for the Dodge Ram 1500 trucks, and this has a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now, this is a custom fit part, it is designed to fit the 2002 to 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks, and on a custom fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show you if this'll work for your application. Now, this is a nice heavy-duty underbed hitch that'll let you tow your gooseneck trailer with your vehicle, and this one uses the double lock system on the hitch, provides nice added security, because at the end of this handle, they use two pins that'll hold the ball in place instead of just one. Just wanna pop up an insert to show them we we're talking about, you can see the cutaway there. It shows it unlocked, when it's double locked, and when it's stored, and it shows you the two pins on the end of the handle that go in there. more

So this is what it's actually gonna look like installed in your truck bed. And you can see it sits pretty flush. So that's the great part about this system, is when you're ready to tow, you can just simply drop the ball in but for when you're not using it, it still lays flat. more

Hey, everybody. How's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Reese Elite Series above-bed gooseneck trailer hitch. So the Elite Series above-bed gooseneck trailer hitch here is gonna be directly compatible with both Reese's Elite Series under-bed mounting system. It's also gonna be directly compatible with the Ford factory prep package because the Ford factory prep package and the Elite under-bed mounting series are one in the same. Reese actually OEMs the under-bed mounting system for Ford, so no matter what you have, you're gonna be directly compatible here with this gooseneck trailer hitch. So some of the Reese Elite under-bed kits actually come with a hitch ball hole just like the factory prep package. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we are taking a look and installing the B&W underbed gooseneck trailer hitch with Turnoverball on a 2020 Ford F-250. With a 3/4-ton truck, it's really nice to be able to use the utility of it. And when you have a fifth wheel gooseneck, it's really gonna open that up with bumping that gross trailer weight to 30,000 pounds. So, that's gonna cover your campers or your heavy gooseneck trailers, so you can actually use your truck and rather than relying on just a hitch to pull, this is gonna bump that up quite a bit. Now, you also have a vertical tongue weight, and that's gonna be 7,500 pounds, so this is gonna hold quite a bit. more
